I agree with James Cunningham.
This entire concept is new to Netscape and is going to take time to iron everything out. Never before in the history of Netscape has the user been able to take such an active part in its future. Kudos to the team.
It might just be confusion on my part, or that I am not a regular Netscape user, but before the homepage changed, there was actually news and social content relevant to the events of the day, right there, in a concise, easy to read format. What about the stories that others of us might find interesting, but seeing as how no one is "voting" for them, serious readers might not see? Since when did Netscape become one big ballot box, and haven't we all had enough of that? The one good thing I can see about the new page layout is the link taking you directly to the story instead of having to go through an intermediate page just to get to something. Nothing is perfect, and we cannot please everyone, which is why there is such a plethera of sites, something for every taste. Thanks guys.
