What is the compensation for being a navigator?
Word on the street pay is $1k per month.
Then welcome to every new member on Netscape's team.
Keep up the good work guys.
Gentlemen, I'm advised that Windows Vista may not support Netscape in the future. Maybe they mean Microsoft. This would be a BIG disappointment to me as Netscape has been my lifeline in Windows 95, for a few years now. Can someone tell me if they have heard this rumour and what the implications might be? Yes, I know, I'm trying to upgrade but I'm not exactly in love with MS's directions ergo my feet are dragging.

Here's a clue. I've been stuck in some sort of a dead loop for newbie sign-ins since 14 November 2006.
The Netscape registration went smoothly enough, but then every attempt to sign in has been met with "Login Failed".
There is nobody paying any attemtion to the transaction histories (to catch submerged problems), and there is no way to get through to a human being. The "anchors" hide their email addresses, and the "navigators" ignore every email asking for help.
Their FAQs say that if there are sign-in problems, replying to any Netscape.com email will get the help needed. Replying to the many Netscape.com emails that I've triggered has one result -- bounce. The Netscape system does not like the recipient, 'emails', in the addy, "emails@netscape.com".
When a sign-in attempt has failed, the failee has the option of requesting an email to reset the password. However, the reset email is not received. Instead, the feailee receives the same email that Netscape sends at the completion of the registration process -- the same email that generates a bounce if the failee replies to it -- as I have many, many times.
I tried to join the Netscape community, evening 14 Nov, because the editor at Populist Party of America had just posted one of my copyrighted pieces. I'm a columnist for PPA, and the editor has my permission to post any of my submissions to the various blogs with which he networks.
By mid-morning on 15 Nov, my essay, "Outing the Constitution Criminals" was the top-voted story of the day. I wanted to join the comments stream to handle some misconeptions and to enhance some good reponses.
My article finished its 24 hours with 109 votes and 204 comments. I could only watch. It was very frustrating.

i have been wanting to change over from Excite.com to Netscape.com, but using my dialup
number that I am using now. I have tried signing up, but the form is out of kilter. I
fill out the information requested and some lies will accept it, and other lines are overlaped and not
and responding. How do I correct this problem ?
what is the main thing to do exactly to become a navigator?
